After seeing the first ever alive bat in my life, in my own apartment on my second night of moving to Kingston from another city 🙂 the only pest control management I could get a hold of, from all 24/7 management and emergency lines (!), was Derek’s management! He came fast and got the bat in an instant! He also checked every corner and in every cabinet even, to make sure no bat is left behind. He also told me where the bat has probably came from; so, I can tell the building manager to take care of it asap! Of course I would not wish this upon anyone; but, if you needed a bat to be taken care of, Derek’s pest management is the best choice, honestly.

My family unfortunately brought home bed bugs from a Toronto hockey tournament and our life has been upside down for over two months. I wish I had called Drake the moment we realized our infestation. We initially called another company and they said that I was already taking all the right precautions. Skip to two months later and it is so much worse than we could ever imagine. We didn’t completely understand the prep work required prior to the treatment and Kevin was unreal in keeping us calm! He offered to buy us coffees and even help with all the prep work so we could get it done that day!!! It’s definitely overwhelming (especially for a family of 5) but needs to be done right. The pricing is unbeatable. Like I said I WISH I called them from the beginning. Don’t even hesitate!!!! Kevin was so knowledgeable and was reassuring that it will be ok!
